How long does the delivery take?
The delivery typically takes around 2-3 business days.
Orders which are placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be collected by the courier on business days, so it will take more time for you to receive the goods.
If you have a specific delivery date request, please note it in the 'Notes' section when placing your order, or contact us directly. We will do our best to coordinate the delivery with you.
Does delivery come with a charge?
Order of $200 or above:
Free delivery
Order below $200:
Delivery fee will be applied based on total weight.
Exact fee can be checked in the checkout page after choosing the goods you need.
Are there other ways to receive the goods?
Free in-store pickup:
You can choose the option of in-store pickup when ordering online. You can find our address at the bottom of this page.
Pickup from our warehouse by arranging your own driver:

Yes, a receipt will be included with the goods.
If you would like to receive an invoice and/or a packing slip, please mention it in the remarks section during checkout.
Is it possible to return the goods?
All sales are final, and returns are not available.
